"I recently hired Black Diamond to redo the pavers in my backyard. When I bought the house, the previous owners used three different stone materials/patterns which didn't mesh and which looked very dated. The project manager and designer for BD was Michael Martinez. I had two other bids for the job but ended up going with Michael because he was head and shoulders above the other two company reps (BD was the high bidder but you usually get what you pay for right). His explanation of the project was very detailed and well thought out. He provided several completed projects close to my house that I could visit to see BD's quality workmanship firsthand. The project was completed on time and on budget. The communication from Michael throughout the process was excellent with all questions fully answered in a timely fashion. Most importantly, there was a drainage problem in one area after project completion which was addressed and remedied quickly. I was then assured by Michael that if any future issues arose, they would be handled in the same manner. I would strongly recommend BD, and Michael in particular, for any hardscape project you may have."
