"The painting project that was done for us by Redura was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The painting itself was very well done and the trim work was very detail oriented. They were careful to keep the work area clean and were very careful about the furniture. Overall, I would definitely say that they did a very good job."

"T.J. and Sergio were my installers. They were very professional and skilled. My new shower looks wonderful, and my bathroom was left cleaner than when they first arrived. I purchased this shower through a Costco discount program, so between Costco and Jacuzzi I know my lifetime warranty actually means something."

"Did a variety of custom work for us - built-in bookshelves, kitchen cabinets, and window seats. Johnny approached the job with the utmost respect for our family and our home, making sure we were pleased with the job throughout. Which we were and are. I can't recommend him enough - he's one of the few craftsmen left who focuses on customer service."

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. I would recommend him highly."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Commerce Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 1345 reviews of 1345 pros.
