Comment: We purchased our home last year. It measures approximately 3600 sqft., consisting of a main floor, a second floor, and a finished, walk-out basement. The second floor gets particular hot in the summer. We are hoping a house fan will help reduce our cooling cost. The home already has central air conditioning (but the unit is about 15 years old). The home is 90's construction.
