"We hired LI Developers to replace a large 2 tier wooden deck with a smaller composite deck. Then we found out they also do pavers. Long story short, Jakob and his crew transformed our backyard into a stunning outdoor space (deck/paver patio) that exceeded my expectations. Jakob is knowledgeable, honest, and wonâ t cut corners. He spent so much time talking to us (on the phone and in person) to understand what we wanted so we would be happy with the final result. He offered design suggestions that I hadnâ t thought of, and I love the way those elements came out. We had a few obstacles to overcome while doing the project, because of our homeâ s previous owners work, but Jakob figured out solutions and corrected the issues. We werenâ t able to be home most days that they were working, but Jakob kept us informed on the dayâ s progress by texting me photos and videos throughout the day. He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck.
