Jim was personable, thorough and provided us with an excellent quote. Caitlin was on top of the ordering process and ensured our materials were delivered ahead of schedule. The day of install, the gentleman were efficient and moved all furniture, including a very heavy wood stove. They put back furniture and reconnected our stove with ease. Following install, Mike came to review how things looked prior to payment.
