The house was built in 1926 so needless to say it has settled and a lot of wiring was ancient, not the easiest task but it was completed so efficiently and thoroughly beyond a doubt Mr. Delgado has a broad knowledge of home improvement techniques. He has also replaced outside doors that were broken and had to be adjusted and pieced in to level the houses settling condition. He is truly very smart and deals with all types of issues that to me seem impossible to complete without costing thousands of dollars but to my astonishment he has done the work within my means and a moderate amount of cost to me.
