As someone who has done numerous renovations, this has been the absolute BEST experience I've EVER had with a contractor... and most of it was done long distance! From the very first phone call explaining my needs to seeing the completed project and meeting Sam in person, I have been thoroughly impressed. The knowledge, responsiveness, helpfulness, and all- around customer service has been excellent. My floors are beautiful and they were installed in one day! "Mr. Alvarez, his brother and their staff are awesome! They built a detached 2 car garage in my backyard. I am very pleased and it is beautiful. My neighbors have been calling me thanking me for helping their property value go up. They also want to consider this company next year for exterior project work next year. Mr. Geraldo is very kind and HONEST. I've worked with a few contractors over the years and most I will not use or recommend. We had a monetary clerical error. He caught it and advised. I was blown away by his honesty when he brought it to my attention. Who does that these days?? I can't thank him enough for that. He said "I treat my customers with respect". He said it, he meant it and he show's it. It is so rare to find an honest and skilled person that knows what they are doing and affordable. They also cleaned-up behind themselves. I so appreciate that! I don't know if any of the crew smokes or not. I didn't find any cigarette butts in my yard and property. I was very happy about that. It shows that they care about your yard just as if it was their yard. Next Spring I will reach out to him to do some more work. Roof, drive-way and front porch. "Excellent service and quality. Our kitchen re-modeling project turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Every one of their workers were respectful and courteous and once the green light was given for construction projects to begin during the Covid period, the work began. Their project manager (Mike) made daily visits to check on the progress of each stage from tear out, rough plumbing and electrical, drywall, flooring etc. and he helped make this as smooth a transition as possible. I also want to acknowledge Tony who installed and finished the cabinetry. He is truly a master carpenter and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend Kopke Remodeling and want to thank the owner (Alan) for providing the personnel resources to get our project completed in a timely fashion."
