He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. He asked for feedback on onsite (appreciated) and walked with handshake. He performed honest work. Highly recommend Jeff. ALSO, his pricing/cost is very reasonable compared to the alternative service providers scoped out before he arrived--Not too low, and not too high. He was literally in the middle. Great work Jeff."
