"WOW! Stefan and crew did an amazing job from beginning to end! The crew absolutely worked incredibly hard to encapsulate our crawlspace that has had a severe moisture problem for years. We had several estimates and we are SO happy that we went with Bay. They do it the right way. The communication from the office staff (who are incredibly kind and polite by the way) was stellar and always kept us updated. The crew also gave us updates along the way and were so polite and cleaned up every single day. The moisture problem appears to be under control and we are looking forward to another humid summer but hopefully without moisture issues. The musty odor in our house in gone and we feel healthier! Highly recommend Bay! You won't be disappointed!"

"Mike does meticulous carpentry work. The soffit and trim replacements he installed are far superior to the originals, and he worked long hours to make sure we were completely satisfied. His subcontractors for the new gutters and downspouts also did a superior, and speedy, job. All the work done exceeds our expectations going in to the project. We would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation."
