"A+++! Highly recommend Bay for Crawlspace Encapsulation! We had many estimates and Bay was the only company who found another access point in a very tight space that others had missed. They were polite, cleaned up the space and our yard daily and gave detailed progress reports daily. We were kept up to speed on appointments and they always did what they said they were going to do. The electrician who was subcontracted out was great and even attempted to fix the holes in our living room wall when he accidentally drilled through-we ended up taking care of this on our own and a job of this magnitude is going to have speedbumps. From start to finish, Bay kept their word."

"Mike does meticulous carpentry work. The soffit and trim replacements he installed are far superior to the originals, and he worked long hours to make sure we were completely satisfied. His subcontractors for the new gutters and downspouts also did a superior, and speedy, job. All the work done exceeds our expectations going in to the project. We would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation."
