"We hired Pedro Cruz to replace electric baseboard radiators that had rusted due to moisture. He was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. He replaced both radiators in less than an hour and his rate (to include both radiators) was, in our estimation, extremely reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire Pedro for any other electrical issues we could have in the future. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable electrician."

"recently hired Jean, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He came to my home, provided a fair and competitive quote, and completed the work with skill and attention to detail. Jean was efficient, cleaned up thoroughly when he was done, and finished the project quicker than I expected. I highly recommend Jean for anyone looking for quality work and reliable service."

"Joe called to our house the evening we submitted our contractor search on service magic. He was very helpful/clear/informative in explaining our options. The furnace installation was done on the day we asked. The guys who installed the furnace were on time did a quick, neat job and explained everything as they went along and did a full clean up at the end. All in all the job was excellent and I would definitely recomend Airco in the future."

"LaCroix did a full-home heating replacement at my single family house in Natick. I had two central AC condensers, ductwork, and an oil burner (forced hot air). The ACs were getting long in the tooth and oil is pricey so I replaced the ACs with heat pumps and backup heat strips for the super cold days. I had three quotes and LaCroix was the fairest. The team of installers also took care to re-use existing wiring boards to save me some money even though it was not easy as they were a little quirky. Great experience overall and would easily recommend - thank you to Brian, Sean and Jim for all the work on the installs, wiring, and cleanup. They also helped with the MASS SAVE incentives/paperwork (I got a HEAT loan and also the whole-home heat replacement rebate.) Highly recommended."

"We noticed some dripping from where the soil pipe began to go through our basement wall to the outside town sewer system. We called three or four different plumbers to further diagnose and repair the leak. We found that several plumbers were not capable of or bonded for a sewer main repair. Milltown was the first qualified company to respond. Cody is there field technician. He came out within the day. He snaked a camera through the entire sewer line - nearly 200' from my basement wall to the street. He located the crack in the the original (45 years old) cast sewer main. With the camera system, he determined that there were no additional faults or blockages in our sewer line. So Cody was able to pinpoint the problem and contain the scope of the project. He provided an estimate for replacing 10' of old sewer line and replacing all of the other original cast piping in our basement with PVC. We scheduled a day for the job. He and his crew showed up on schedule and did the job in one day. The new drain/sewer system looks great and the leak is repaired. Cote and his crew were nothing short of excellent. They were professional and courteous. They completed the job as agreed on time and within Cody's quote. This was a big job. It's good to know it was done right. Milltown will be our "go to" plumbing company from now on."
