"Work was neatly and quickly done. We were upset when a few days later a leak occurred in the same spot as before. However, when notified, the owner himself inspected and found the roof was not the source, but rather, a loose elbow on a vent pipe, which he tightened for no extra charge. We couldn't have had better service, and the roof looks great."
