"What a great experience. My wife and I needed to renovate our thirty-one year old home in order to place it on the market. We needed to replace a bathtub, two toilets and all of the faucets, water heater, oven, cooktop, countertops, sink, install new tile, hardwood, and carpeted flooring, two sliding doors, a front entry door, new A/C ducts and insulation up to code, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and the painting of all walls, ceilings, and trim throughout. We were not looking forward to this endeavor because it seems that anyone with a pickup truck and a hammer call themselves a re modeler. We didn't think we would be able to find just one contractor to manage the entire renovation.
