"William Anderson, the contractor, was the last of several contractors I received an estimate from. He wasn't the lowest or the highest. But as he explained to me what all he would do besides shingling the 60 plus year old garage roof, fix the one gutter that was hanging off at one end and install 6, 3 inch round vents in the siding that was in place of soffits when this out of square, unlevel garage was built by the home owner back in the 60s I knew I was hiring the right contractor. He even went a step further and covered the exposed wooden rakes on each end of the garage with out charging me for materials or labor. He could only work up there in the mornings because of the extreme heat that week. Removed old shingles (about 5 squares) the 1st morning and since the wood under them was good he and his helper got the paper barrier down and then had to wait until noon for the shingles to be delivered. Job was completed in 3 half days. I'm extremely satisfied. No pics available.."

"John arrived promptly, was very thorough in assessing the problem and explaining the repair. He took pictures as I could not get up on the roof. He did the repairs and nailed a few areas of metal for me that were not in the original quote. Some of the roof sealant got on the brick and I called him about it. He came out, we discussed options and he was able to remove the sealant so everything looks great! He is very knowledgeable, a good worker and truly cares about his work as well as the customer. I was not just another job....i was someone he cared to service well. I would definitely recommend him."

"Project was repairing or replacing small roof on the back of a row home in Lancaster. Roof was over 30 years old. William was willing to quote and start work on it while we were still out of town. Top quality rubber roofing material used. He also put a layer of silicone coating on the larger top roof on the house. The grey dirty picture is the old roof. Particularly good flashing and sealing work against the walls of both houses. Ignore the metal cable, that was for the dog run."
