"I can't tell you how many remodeling people we had give us quotes. Way too many to even keep track of! We have a 20 year old house that needed a little updating! We decided to start with the kitchen. The BIGGEST stand out with Fidelity was the communication. They made the process very simple. Instead of us going to all the showrooms to pick the granite or quartz they brought it to us. They listened to what we wanted. I never felt like they were doing all the talking or making my decisions for me. They showed up on time. The crew was always professional and kind. If something happened to come up and they were going to be late. I knew the evening before so I could plan for it. The job was done when they told me it was going to be finished!!
