"Through “Angi” we were looking for a professional to install Hardwood flooring AND Extremely pleased with the oak hardwood flooring installed by Holliday Home Flooring LLC . Brandon Holliday and his apprentice Jayden were professional, prompt, courteous, Brandon explained each day what we could expect to be done . The job was well planned out and completed on time . Concerns along the way were fully discussed before progressing . At the end of each day the work site was totally cleaned up and ready for the next morning. Upon completion of the floor install they helped us install felt pads under all furniture and place back in room . Brandon is listed with the BBB, Licensed & Insured. We were very comfortable with the payment setup as well . Percentage down at the start of the job, percentage due half way through the job, and then upon completion balance due . "Antonio at Ellis Flat Rates was hired to pressure wash my 2 story home and to do some landscaping work. He was very responsive as we had to delay a few days due to rain. On the day that work was performed, he was prompt and well mannered. He did a great job on my backyard which had several weeds. He pulled all the weeds, prepped the soil for the new grass tgat was planted. He was very thorough with the clean up and made sure I was a happy customer before I paid him the remainder of the money (1/2 at start if job, 1/2 at end of job). He also did a good job on pressure washing my house. I would definitely recommend Ellis Flat Rates. The price is reasonable and the owner is a hard worker."
