A few months later I was on a ladder putting up Christmas lights and saw that the LeafBlaster filter I would purchased as part of the package was not installed. I called them and they apologized and sent a crew out right away. They not only installed the missing filter, they put LeafBlaster on every gutter on the house for free as an apology.
