I did all of this on Sunday 2/24/19 and I received a phone call with in 15 minutes. That same day someone came over with in a couple of hours to give me an estimate. Once agreed on what hot water heater I needed and price, they returned the very next day (2/25/19) to perform the job. They showed up exactly on the time agreed and stuck to the price agreed upon. NYC plumbing was very nice and professional. Upon the completion of the job they walked me through the different settings on the new hot water heater unit. I received a receipt for the job as well as business cards. The company cleaned up the work area as if you never knew they were there. I will be using them for future plumbing needs."
