"O'Grady Plumbing came in with the best price, arrived very quickly. the job was done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. In addition the technician/ plumber (Juan) solved the problem having to snake the drain several times and even changing something (the blades?) on the snake to improve efficiency. He was also very patient with me and my situation in regard to the two of us having to move things in order for him to do his job properly. Since the drain is in an area considered a crawl space only about 4 to 5 ft in height, he had to work in an uncomfortable space without complaining. Since there was some standing water, after getting it to drain he also took the time and effort to disinfect and clean the area. Which was to my understanding not necessarily a normal part of the job. Going way above and beyond. He seemed to my observation to be a very conscientious and hard worker. He was also very courteous and friendly both when he was at my home and in our phone conversations before and after with any details we needed to take care of including emailing of receipts Etc"

"They arrived earlier than scheduled. The job was done with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Everything was explained to me by the head plumber from start to finish. They cleaned up all of the debris and left nothing for me to clean, they even cleaned the sidewalk in front of my building. I was given a 7 hour window and the work was done and cleaned up with in the time given. I would recommend Aqua Tech Plumbing to all of my homeowner friends. It was a very good experience working with this company. i intend the use their service again very soon."
