"I was thoroughly pleased with the fine quality of work provided by The Basement Pros in leveling my sidewalk. The work was done by the owner himself, Peter Garvin, and Alexis, one of his experienced workers. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the work done by Peter and Alexis. They arrived on time after giving me a call and spent over 90 minutes on the job. They answered any questions I asked and graciously explained the poly foam method used to level the sidewalk. They took their time injecting the poly foam, insuring it was done in the most efficient manor. They made sure not to rush the injection of the poly, examining the progress of the leveling many times throughout the job. I was very impressed with the teamwork of Peter and Alexis during the process. They consulted and advised each other as the work progressed. I found them both to be very professional and personable. The same can be said of Yana in the office. I have every confidence in quality of work done for me. They were very respectful of my property, cleaning up everything as they finished. They also asked if I had any questions or concerns about the job when they finished. Obviously I did not. I truly feel that I could not have had a better experience than I did with The Basement Pros.
