They gave a very fair price, were always on time, returned calls promptly and were very easy to deal with. They also did my neighbors driveway who were also very pleased with their work. "Franklin Villa contacted me very quickly after my initial request. He called to let me know that he would be late arriving to do the estimate. His estimate came in $3,000.00 lower than the other two estimates I received and he noticed things that the other contractors did not. He ended up rebuilding a stone wall bordering the driveway and I also had him clear out a drain trench that was overgrown and recap it and still came in $1300 less than the other estimates I received."
