"We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without confirming handle placement with me, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the company website and the invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company had to replace the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!"
