He patiently persisted with the usual "hold, please" disconnection and finally was able to order the needed part. 4 days later he was shipped the wrong relay piece and contacted them again and got the correct part sent immediately. The best part of this was he kept me informed about what was going on, since this caused a delay in his return to complete the repair. When he finally got the correct part, he scheduled an appointment, called that he was on his way, and quickly replaced the defective part.
