Gas Furnace: Install, Central A/C - Install, Central Humidifier - Repair or Service , and 1 more
"We received 5 quotes because an furnace and AC were really big ticket items for us, but the owner of this company took the time to explain every step and all the details of the work. Other contractors did not take the time to have a detailed discussion and even implied that we were not expert enough to understand the details. They were very quick to tell us what they thought we needed. There were 3 bids that were substantially lower so we were very nervous and second guessed our decision. They restored our faith in contractors as they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was the best quality and really thought about what they were doing and what the best solution(s) might be. They took our lifestyle into consideration and did not treat us as if we would not understand the process or care about the details. On this rare occasion we felt that we got the best for us and every penny was worth. We look forward to have this company service the HVAC that they installed for us. In additoin they took care of a few odd repairs that were needed at a very reasonable rate. We only wish we could find other trades for landscaping, remodeling, etc. like Vertical was for HVAC."

"Steven and Starlight Consultants are a godsend- I cannot recommend him enough! Among other problems, we had a clogged pipe and backup into our basement and Steve took care of the issue right away. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to help us understand what was happening and helped us decide the best course of action for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and takes the time to do things right."
