I liked him from the beginning and when he gave me a reasonable price I booked him on the spot. The door was not standard so he had to order it. He let me know about how long that would take right away and then updated me when he heard more. He showed up to install the door when he said he would, which was on a Saturday because I couldn't get free during the week. He worked hard all morning going up and down the stairs. He didn't even take a break. He installed the door exactly as I asked him to and I am very happy with the end product.
