I knew I was in for a good experience when Chad called to say he was running about 5 minutes late for our estimate meeting. I liked him from the beginning and when he gave me a reasonable price I booked him on the spot. The door was not standard so he had to order it. He let me know about how long that would take right away and then updated me when he heard more. He showed up to install the door when he said he would, which was on a Saturday because I couldn't get free during the week. He worked hard all morning going up and down the stairs. He didn't even take a break. He installed the door exactly as I asked him to and I am very happy with the end product. I highly recommend Chad and will be calling him again the next time I need a carpenter.

Chad was excellent to work with! He came to our house numerous time to discuss the project and to take measurements. He always returned phone calls and reply to texts within reasonable time. Our front door project was just done two weeks ago, however, we are very pleased with the end results. Chad was very professional, cleaned everything at the end of each day, (took two days to complete job,) and really too his time. No rushing through and was happy to have our input throughout the project. I will be happy to post more feedback as time goes on. Doors are one of those projects that it might take some time before any water issues shows up. But right now, we are very pleased with the overall experience with Chad!!

Pays attention to detail is good at accommodating changes throughout the project. He's on time and is flexible with his schedule and ours. He does excellent work and we love the painting and the bathroom remodel.
