"The service tech. (Mr. Tony Brazeal) was an excellent salesman and service tech. and knows his shit about plumbing! I was actually going to purchase the new hot water tank myself, being a steel contractor owner already, but, Mr. Tony Brazeal made me feel comfortable in every way possible, so I really was not concerned about spending the extra money. Tony and his partner, Nick, performed an excellent service - they were fast, cautious about my house and furnishings, nice, "very clean" and explained everything that I needed to know about the new hot water tank that they just installed in my home. It is nice to have a company with great caring people, where you not have to "baby-sit" them or watch over their shoulders while they are working in your home. I work recommend the company and the service techs. to anyone who really cares about good down to earth work in their homes."
