"Bobby from Top Service was the first Pro to contact me. I explained what I needed prior to me returning to Florida from NY. I texted him upon my arrival that my garage door spring had broken. He gave me an estimate by email that day and was out the following to measure. We planned a November install due to the time it takes to get a permit. The permit was started that day and they were told to go ahead and install as the permit process was started. I got a call from Bobby the following day that they had a door and could install on Saturday. This all happened from Oct 8 to the 12th. We made plans for a 9:30 install on Saturday the 12th, he called he was early could he come earlier? By all means please do and he was there by about 8:45 and quick to start the door replacement. He explained every step and every detail and the wind rating and inspection procedure that will happen in November some time. I cannot say enough about this man and his Uncle Hector who worked beside him. They are very friendly, professional and courteous men. I would recommend these guys and this company to everyone!! I have Bobbyâ s number if I have any issues or questions and was told to call anytime. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. Thank you again Bobby and Hector for a great job! Tammy C."
