"At approximately 8:00 pm in the evening I had oil but no heat or hot water. I went onto Home Advisor hoping to find someone to come the next morning. Within 2 minutes of hitting the send button Mr Moore contacted me. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prompt, respectful, pleasant and reasonably priced. He quickly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend him."

"Vinny and his son came over my house and were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They looked over the a/c and identified the first of a few problems. They walked me through each phase explaining why I had a leak. They blew out a clogged pipe and explained the need for a proper fitting filter which I had been having difficulty finding. He immediately put me in contact with someone who could help me and I was able to order the filters. Then he made a suggestion to add a switch to the system which would turn off the motor if the water in the tray was going to overflow to prevent any chance of a future leak. He said to contact him in the next few weeks if I was interested - no pressure. Then before he left he turned on my thermostat and he identified that there was a second issue because it wasn t turning on the fan. This could also cause a leak. He replaced the thermostat and before he left he checked and cleaned my condenser. Vinny was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. His prices were reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his company."
