"Before I hired Perez Custom Flooring, I read their reviews on Home Advisor. I was suspicious of all the 5 ratings. How could that be? A contractor friend of mine had witnessed their work, and he said they knew what they were doing, so I gave them a try. They accommodated my tight schedule on a rental property/summer home, and on the day the work was to begin, they came an hour early due to threatening weather. They put drop clothes down in traffic areas outside of the rooms that they were working on. Upon completion of the installation, they vacuumed and cleaned up. They take extreme pride in their workmanship, and they have an excellent work ethic. Their pricing was very fair for a quality installation. Brian and his father, Victor, were a real pleasure to deal with, and I have already committed to having them do more work on my residence."
