When my project was back on track, I asked him back to look at the project again. I'm glad I did. Not only did he honor his original quote, but the extra time gave us the opportunity to take another look at the reason for the original shingle failure (not low quality shingles) and ice dam damage that had occurred the previous winter. He took a lot of time explaining the benefit of a rubber roof for a certain portion of the project vs. an overall asphalt shingle roof.
