From the initial contact through the bid process and finally the actual tree removal the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Getting contractors on the coast to simply return phone calls and e-mails is a challenge but communication was never an issue. Brad always responded promptly and was very patient as I requested multiple revisions to the initial bid. He even went out of his way to visit the location on a weekend.
