He quoted a really decent price for the fix and we decided to have him replace the rubber seals of all 3 roof pipes as a precaution. (2 were leaking) He showed up (a little early, which is great!) on time for the appointment, and finished the job quickly. I really appreciated that this all took place in less than a week, this included having to wait out the rainy days.)
