"After an issue with my dishwasher in a rental unit I own, I received a call from Ken within minutes of my on-line request (which was on a Sunday). Ken touched base with the Tenant and made an appointment to repair my dishwasher. Once there, Ken called me to let me know that it wasn't worth the cost of fixing so only charged me a minimal amount for his time. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism."
