"I highly recommend this company. They are very prompt, great with communication, and do an excellent job. I was very pleased when I put a bid out for repairing my fence gate. They came the same day to give an estimate, then they came the next day to fix the problem. They gave me a fair price, and fix the gate better than it was at the beginning. I will use them again in the future."

On completion, the results were exactly what we wanted. We received excellent customer service and excellent value for the money."

"I truly cannot say enough great things about Navarro's Home Improvement! I contacted them after I had roof damage and after only a few hours of reaching out to them, they were at my house to start on repairs! Alicia and her team are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am especially grateful for them as they were able to help me get my roof repaired before a bad storm came through. They were able to help me when no one else would come out due to the weather. They were able to repair the roof, a fence that was damaged by a fallen tree as well as install a new gutter the day after I reached out to them. Very fair pricing for the amazing quality of work. I highly recommend this wonderful business!"

"Albert is very knowledgeable and experienced in a wide variety of possible projects, and he is very personable and pleasant to deal with. He shows up when promised and pursues the work with diligence. He frequently consults with you when he has questions about what exactly you are trying to accomplish. He has done three projects for us and all were well done: installed a stone wall; removed an old wooden enclosure; and installed a new mailbox. His charges for each project were quite reasonable. I am confident we will call on him again for our next project."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
