"Roma’s remodeling is a professional company. They came to my home and painted my downstairs ceiling, fixed all the cracks in the ceiling from the house settling. Prior to painting they covered everything in my home with plastic. They also placed fencing to enclose my pool area. Roma’s remodeling come to your home, go over everything , write out an agreement with itemized expenses, and a timeline. Roma’s is a professional , punctual, and very reliable company and I highly recommend them."

"Chose David's company to paint the interior of a nine room colonial. I found his quote for service and estimate more than reasonable. The project was estimated to take 5 days. David finished in 4. Each day he left the home immaculate. This was a project that started two weeks before Christmas and we were able to enjoy the complete project for Christmas entertaining. If things had to be done differently, David was more than willing to work with the homeowner. We highly recommend his company."

"The job William and his team did for me was phenomenal . They removed old kitchen cabinets, prepared the walls, fixed a few spots, mounted new cabinets, new dishwasher and other items. They were fully equipped, including with an impressive laser measuring device for a perfect measurement accuracy., I very much appreciated Williams daily update on the progress. The project was completed on-time as predicted Michael A."

"I needed to have 3 rotted posts replaced on my stockade fence. I called Mark and he came the next day to give me a quote and let me know when he could start. The fence had been damaged in a recent storm and I was concerned it would fall over. On the day he fixed the fence he came on time and did a great job. Peace of mind restored."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
