A different provider had quoted me an $800-1000 project and said I needed Cat 6 cabling for ethernet, when really my existing Cat 5E was fine. Not only did Chris show up on time for a free consultation, he walked me through exactly what would need to be done to solve my issue. He was hired on the spot. He even offered to go to an Xfinity store in my behalf to get a new router (turns out we didn’t need it but the fact that he offered is unheard of!)
