"Miguel and his team did a great job replacing a deck at a townhouse located in the Windbrooke at Silverton townhome community in Cary, NC. These charming townhomes were built in the 1980s. More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients. Preston was very helpful with the design, estimation and the DPS team was very transparent with the costs throughout (which was very important to me, to plan our vision accordingly).
