He was aware of the reliability of different products and helped me determine which disposal would best meet my needs. He cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely ask him (Tier 1) to complete any project around my house. I live alone and feel great confidence knowing there is someone on whom I can rely if something goes wrong around my house. Charge for service is also reasonable."
