"We had such a great experience working with Beverly builders on our ADU and backyard project! They have meticulous attention to detail and great ideas for designs. They helped us configure the best layout for the ADU. At the beginning they came up with multiple options. The only thing we had to do was choose the layout that was suitable for us. They handled the submission process with the city. Craftsmanship was great and we were informed about timelines and scheduling for the job. They recommended us a few showrooms to help us select finish materials. Now we can say that we definitely love the results! "I hired Carroll Building Solutions to demo and rebuild an old wooden patio cover. I hired Joe because had good ratings and he had a reasonable price for the job. He took care during the demo and cleaned up properly (this is rare). He rebuilt the patio as I asked and did a great job. Additionally after the job was completed and I had paid him, I asked him to add a slope to the cover so I could add a waterproof cover. Expecting an additional fee (as would be reasonable) he performed the extra work for free. I was stunned. He came back and again did a great job and cleaned up. I canâ t say enough about this handyman!! A trustworthy and cost effective company."
