"Carlos was very easy to work with and prompt with showing up daily to complete work. I hired him to take out carpet and ceramic tile and install porcelain tile throughout the whole house. When unexpected repairs were needed , he was very flexible in accommodating my needs as my list of projects grew to drywall repair and painting. He made it easy to communicate via text while I was at work and unable to be there the entire time. He made it easy for me in getting the materials needed by sending me a thorough list in the quote and was easy to work with when I needed additional supplies. "This review is delayed, sorry, but I definitely wanted to leave a positive review for Hank! He managed to salvage the wood flooring at a rental property and they look beautiful! There were weak spots and even missing floor boards but he fixed it, replaced the boards and now everything looks like new. Absolutely recommend him. After he was done, I noticed a small spot in the hallway that had some issues with the top coat. (Bad lighting so it was easy to miss!) He came back out right away and took care of it!
