"Phenomenal job on our 14 year old carpets. He worked extremely hard. He did a thorough job of assessing our stains with his black light and explained options for cleaning vs repair in one of the areas. Additionally, he did a triple vacuuming of our rooms before he started cleaning. We have a German Shepherd that sheds buckets and he has a dog that sheds too, so it was much appreciated. He worked almost 4 hours straight without a lunch break, just a coke and bottle of water! He had big fans that helped to dry our carpets and he was kind enough to allow us to keep them overnight. My daughter and I are both immunocompromised, so this was greatly appreciated. Weâ ll definitely have him back in 6 months and if my husband needs someone for commercial/business work, heâ ll definitely refer him. He used two different treatments for freshening and cleaning and they brightened up and refreshed the carpets. Thanks for doing such a great job James!"
