"It was a pleasure to work with Alfredo. He was extremely prompt coming over and provided a free estimate. He showed up the next day and did an exceptional job. He took extra care to lay down drop clothes to protect my carpet. In addition to the drywall repair, Alfredo repaired my toilet (ghost toilet), fixed a leaky shower head (even ran to the Home Depot for a washer), and fixed my doorbell. In was extremely professional and his prices were excellent. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors."

"C r i s t i a n and Pablo arrived to give me an estimate one day after first contacting them. The price was very reasonable and they agreed to do the job same day. They both worked very hard. My house has never been power washed in 20 years. It looks beautiful. They were very careful and covered up my outdoor lights before power washing the area, I also had them power wash my porch and sidewalk. It also has never been cleaned in 20 years. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I also asked them to remove six holly bushes. They removed them including the roots! And they cleaned up the flower beds where the plants had been. I am going to have them come back and replace my back porch as well as some interior painting in the future. I highly recommend Ronquillo Services LLC. Cristian has lots of great photos of completed jobs. I give them an A++ 100% rating."

"We would rate Christianâ s work as 5 stars out of 5 for both quality and value. We had a multi-room renovation including a family room, dining room, powder room, main floor hallways, and upstairs hallways. Many of these rooms required wall paper to be removed, walls to be repaired and primed, and then all painted, including ceilings and closet doors. He also worked closely with the lead project contractor to repair drywall and ceiling where new electrical wiring was installed. Christian did a wonderful job on the project, keeping us informed about his progress throughout and discussing any special issues encountered. On numerous occasions, he suggested ways he could address issues that came up. He cleaned up the work site every day and did a thorough final cleaning when the project was done. We will also note that this job was interrupted by the Covid-19 shutdown, which required additional work by Christian to close down midway. We really appreciated his careful attention to detail. The end result was a skillfully completed, wonderfully appearing job. Christian is very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him and his work."

Mark arrived on time and was ready to get right to work. He worked consistently throughout the morning explaining what he was doing. He was professional and friendly. "I called Marvin from 3B after my previous contractor was under massive delays and majorly over budget. I noticed Marvin was less of a fast talker and more calm and composed about his demeanor. I really liked this about him as in my experience contractors that spend more time talking end up not delivering. Our project required removal of support walls, over 5,000 sq ft renovations, new floors, bathrooms, kitchen, drywall, paint, trim, stairs, ceiling, insulation, siding, windows, doors, etc. Essentially a new build construction style gut. He was excellent with managing budget, time and delivered custom high quality."

"Frank came to my rescue after a failed Lowe?s install of a new vent hood. They stated I needed tile repair work done and an outlet installed before they could hang the new hood. Within an hour after they left me with nothing but a hole in my ceiling, Frank was at my door, ready to assist. With his honest and upfront approach, he figured out how to hang the new hood without needing to repair the tiles and also installed the outlet. I was able to cancel the Lowe?s installers from coming back out and got a refund of all my money because Frank was able to hang the hood himself! He listened to my concerns regarding the insulation of the vent and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He also saved me from having to take another day off work to get this project completed. I couldn?t be more pleased and will absolutely be calling Frank again for other projects around the house!"
