"Normally I could install a NEST thermostat myself, but since we moved into an existing condo unit, I did not feel comfortable with self installation. The contractor was very knowledgeable in tracing an existing wire that was not initially connected to existing thermostat but WAS needed in order to install the new Nest. He tracked the wiring and had the nest installed in no time! Very personable and tech-savvy! Thanks much!!!!"
