This was a really big job. I hired him to paint entire townhouse, walls & ceilings. (4 floors) The walls were patched, sanded and painted and now look brand new. Care was taken to be sure no paint got on carpet or floors. Ceiling looks 10 times better - tough job as it’s the old popcorn ceiling. They were there on time everyday ready to go to work. Diego came back and did touch ups as needed where lighting was tough in some areas to see second coat. He took the time to be sure everything was perfect and that I was pleased and happy with the job. That is important and why I would hire again I will hire again. Really professional pleasant to work with very friendly."

"Marcelino Restoration should be rated a 10+. Not only did he paint 5 large rooms and closets, he also made the natural woodwork look like new again. He repaired an area in a bathroom shower and added tiles in order for the plumbing work to be completed. Marcelino made a wooden front cover to a kitchen drawer that perfectly fit and looks beautiful; purchased and installed a new hood fan for over the stove, and is making repairs to the front door area of rotted wood. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. Works daily to finish the project, professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. "Dylan proposed a chemical treatment that would kill the moss on my roof and have it eventually fall off. I was skeptical it would work so I paid a little extra to have him brush off the moss a few weeks after and the results were beautiful. The moss looked black after two weeks, so if I had been patient it would have fallen off by itself. In the end, the treatment preserved the integrity of my roof which could have been compromised by pressure washing Dylan was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
