He pulled the permits, was incredibly patient, communicative, and walked me through every part of the process.They were quick clean and efficient. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

"If I could give 10 stars to Juan Andrade and his team, I would. I had a slow water leak near my chimney and my previous contractor's work did not fix the problem. I also needed other routine roof maintenance. Juan removed the old chimney cap - 3 layers of concrete that were the root cause of my problem. Seems my earlier contractors did pretty shoddy work. Juan installed a new concrete chimney cap, new copper ridge on the roof and dormers and replaced 15-20 slates. I am now confident that my roof is fixed. As to price, Juan's price was great value for the money."
