"Rob came in and methodically trouble shot a rather complex problem on our electric recliner.After he located the problem he not only fixed it but took an extra measure to make sure it could not reoccur. "We hired RC Windows and Doors to repair a nuisance double-pane window that was foggy for the past 20 years. Rafael was courteous and prompt in setting up a time to come by and give us a repair estimate. The price was very reasonable, and he told us exactly when the replacement pane would be ready. "Max, Sam, and Pedro did a fantastic job installing plantation shutters in a home we recently purchased. We replaced the curtains in two windows, one of which was a bay window that had severe angles (not so easy for final trim on shutters). Professional Design Center met the install deadline and returned to redo the trim on the bay window after we raised the issue. They went above and beyond what we expected and we are absolutely pleased with their quality, cost, delivery, and professionalism."

"Authentic Blinds & Shutters is the actual company that did the work. I like that they did not charge for coming out to give a quote. At first it started out as a shutter repair, turned out the shutters were too old and required replacement. Within a week the shutters were built but turned out to be slightly too big. Within a few days, the new shutters were made and installed. Andy was pleasant to work with. Should I need any other window coverings, I will be sure to call him."
