"Last winter my arborvitae hedge was badly damaged by heavy snow. This week Cory from Set Apart Tree service carefully pruned and trimmed it. Within one hour I was pleased to see it beginning to look attractive again. Using pruners and loppers (no chainsaw) he removed heavily damaged branches and lightened drooping branches so they could stand straight again. The hedge is now airy and natural, still high enough to provide privacy, and healthy enough to regain the strength needed to withstand the snow next winter. I have a garden growing alongside the hedge, planted with many perennial and annual plants. Cory was able to work without damaging them! I would use Set Apart Tree Service again."

"Had a stand of three 60-foot white ash and a smaller ash tree that fell victims to the ash borers. Sad to see these trees go. VERY satisfied with Rich and his crew at Northeast Tree & Stump removal...Rich is a hoot, and a pleasure to work with! The job site is CLEAN and they minimized any lawn damage with plywood (can't help but get some dents....I bet all that wood was h-e-a-v-y). Their price was extremely competitive (much lower [by $800!] than X Tree Service who also quoted the job). Rich even removed an old apple tree limb that (conveniently) just came down within a week of this job. Would highly recommend Northeast Tree, and would use their services again!"

He was polite, professional, courteous, prompt and was able to add my small job to his schedule very quickly! His price was fair and I was happy to get the tree removed before it fell on its own in the wrong direction ( on my barn!) He got the tree down quickly and dropped it into the woods!!! At my request he walked my property to check other trees to determine whether or not other trees needed attention and was able to schedule a later date for removal.
