"I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. "Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch."

"My carpet installation was scheduled for Friday, April 2nd, 2021. When the installers showed up to lay the carpet, they didn't have enough to carpet all of the areas that I'd wanted re-carpeted. So, I decided to just have vinyl plank flooring put in in the bathroom instead. This was then scheduled for Friday, April 9th, 2021. When they showed up to do this work, they once again didn't have enough plank flooring, so the work had to be postponed until Wednesday, April 14th."
