"I hired DG Forever to tile my bathroom. They had to remove 2 layers of old tile before starting. Crew came to my home just as they said they would, and got right to work. On the first day the old tile was out, and new tile laid. Area was kept neat and clean. "I hired Samimi Tile to fix tile in my master bath. He gave me a quote and came back the next day. Once he began to remove the sand bed under the tile he found extensive water damage to the joists under the floor. He repaired the damage and replaced the sand bed and tile with water repellent properties included. He stood by his initial quote and with the only addition being materials. I intend to hire him again and would highly recommend him. He is courteous and professional."

"The installation was fantastic, the installers were very good at what they do. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. We felt that was a very caring man."

"When William Kabak came to our house to assess the acid-worn state of our marble master bath countertop, he showed how wholly apt is the word MAGIC in the name of his business! Instead of merely giving me a quote for the work that needed to be done, he took care of it on the spot, deftly scraping off the soap-scum build-up, thoroughly cleaning the countertop, and polishing the marble to a sheen, sealing it, and thus restoring it to its original pristine quality. Before he left, William also replaced the grout along the length of our Silestone kitchen countertop. Best of all, he educated me about how to care properly for my countertops, especially the one made of marble; I intend to purchase a scraper and the concentrated cleanser he recommended, as well as the spray bottle that I'll use to dilute that cleanser. Given the outstanding quality of his work, William's prices are wholly reasonable-- and I was so impressed with his skills and expertise, that I plan to hire his company to thoroughly clean our master-bath tile shower, including the grout, some of which will need to be replaced. "This review is about the man (David-owner) morose than the company. David's talent extends well beyond grout tile restoration. My grout lines were literally black. The tile and grout truly looks brand new in a Sand wood (light) grout color. The grout is neat, clean, consistent in color throughout the house with no dark spots bleeding through the lighter sand wood color.Here is where David's talents kick in and above beyond. The stand up shower looked hopeless to a cleaning. Here David gave the shower area a complete face lift (without having to do a complete remodel). Beautiful work.Final note of praise goes to the kitchen where the tile floor meets the kitchen cabinetry. The wood was rotted and had to be replaced. Instead of baseboard (wood), David suggested tile. He picked a tile matching the floor, cut the tile himself, and installed it himself (to perfection).This work was done for a house we are selling. We will use him again for our own personal home.David is a craftsman with a keen eye to detail."
