"Found and repaired multiple issues in my home. It was great to have one person who could take care if everything. Painting, scraping ceilings, laying vinyl flooring. Replacing deck boards, cement work in 3 different applications, replaced thresholds on garage doors and repaired the repair on cracked shifting cement above the subgarage. Made my deck safe. Replaced some missing drywall in the basement. Great carpenter. Easy to talk to, consistently shows up and leaves things neat. Gets it done. Found some rot under my siding and came up with a good plan to seal it up and make it structurally sound again. Found during prep for exterior painting."

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. "We hired them to grind the surface of our travertine floor and fill the open pockets with grout. Wow - the floors look like new and after the added their special sealant, our maintenance to clean the floor has dramatically decreased and the floor looks awesome. Wish we had done this 5 years earlier. In addition, their team had such a focus on detail, and were very careful to prevent any damage to our cabinets or furniture. On time every day - friendly and polite. I rarely do reviews, but this company deserves the kudos. I recommend them vigorously."
